1. Open your Outlook, On Setting Page, Click “Add Account”
2. Type your e-mail (e.g.: mysmtp@asa.com.hk), then click “Add Account”
3. Select “IMAP”
4. Enter your e-mail address, password, display name and description.
Remark : Description is name show on Account Setting page.
5. Enter the following information :
IMAP Incoming Email Server
IMAP Hostname : mail.asa.com.hk or mail.abchk.net
IMAP Username : <your e-mail address>
IMAP Password : <your password>
SMTP Outgoing Email Server
SMTP Hostname : mail.asa.com.hk or smtp.abchk.net
IMAP Username : <your e-mail address>
IMAP Password : <your password>
Then Click “Sign In”
6. Done.
