First you need download Encryption Tools and Java SE11

Java SE11 on Windows 32-bit platform download
Step 2. Right-click zuluxxxxxx.zip and extract the file, please select Extract Here.
If you are using WinRAR, WinZip also have the same action “Extract here”
Step 3. After extract, double click inside should see below file
Step 4. Rename the folder to “EncryptionToolJre”
Step 5. Just double click “EncryptionTool-7.0.exe” then it should be work
Troubleshooting
a) This application requires a Java Standard Edition 11
i. You didn’t rename the folder as Step 4.
ii. Make sure “EncryptionToolJre” folder inside have Step3 file, not a sub-folder “zulu11.43.xxxxx”
