An inside hyperlink is not linked to related microsoft.com domain.
Suggestion
Click the hyperlink will not have any problem, but after clicking the link it will popup a fake microsoft.com and ask you log in your office365 username and password if you did it, your password will give stolen, please sent e-mail to your IT support to request help reset password.
